A Civil Trial in New York

Words fail to describe this:

YHGTBFKM <-- ((an outcry of dismay unsuitable for gentle ears))

I'd like to believe that this is just U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder freelancing while the boss is out of town... but the President made the implication that he's on-board with doing this.

Miserable amateurs, the lot of that administration.

When I heard of this, my first thought was that unless the defense attorneys had ice picks driven through their heads, there'd be a flurry of motions for change of venue.

@Mr. Bill

Unless said defense specifically overrules the desires of their clients, a change of venue is the *last* thing they want unless it can contribute to extending the entire process for media purposes.

In a *real* defense, sure, you are absolutely right. This almost certainly won't be a *real* defense.
