Then again...
I confess that of all the possible explanations as to the appalling conduct of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, I hadn't considered this one.
Then again...
...even if it is an absurd claim, it might just get him killed off er... arrested.
On the one hand, it couldn't happen to a nicer guy. On the other, how long will it take before cooler heads can safely dismantle a government that relies on charges of sorcery to oust its philosophic opponents?
I still think the "naked female breasts causes earthquakes" bit was the high-point of the Iranian leadership's understanding of science, but that's a pretty darn close second.

Oh look, he's leveling charges of hyper-competent science against the West. I guess his sorcery isn't all that hot after all.
