Wilson 'Reciclo' Urbano Lopez was arrested in Ibagué, Tolima after months of intelligence work, the Police say.He's reputed to have been the FARC's #2 man on their narco-smuggling side, with contacts all through the Central American transportation chain.
Should be an interesting conversation with the authorities, to say the least.
